You don't need to edit the file in Cut Server, just the order of the layers. Still not ideal if you have to manually make the change every time though. I haven't had much luck/practice working with different cuts in Onyx but I do remember it being a bit cumbersome.

Got it sorted out thanks to Grimco/Summa techs: After we removed the ADC last week to replace the vacuum selector, it should have been re-calibrated. (It needs to be recalibrated after removal as it might be re-installed in a different position)

We learned about the board issue from other members here and I had to call our dealer (Grimco) and tell them about it. We deactivated F-Performance (one of the common causes of the board failures) and then were told to re-activate it while we were still under warranty - haven't had any issues...

What is the actual material, lexan? Ideally something like this would be cut on a flatbed cutter or at least a tangential roll cutter. Can you increase the weight/pressure and number of cuts and see if it improves?
