I'm sure it's not all vectors and when I open it, it changes some of the fonts and the shadows/outlines are not right, The wholesaler I use wants it in 2 separate files

Does anyone know what this problem might be, I'm refilling my JV3 with ink and only my cyan, lt cyan and yellow is coming out on the test print. I tried drawing ink from the back of the printer and from the damper still can't get it to fill the dampers, even on new dampers.
