    Try moving your sensor closer to the corner of the mark, I use to get that sometimes on my 160 fx, make sure you have enough material in the back to, if that doesnt work, turn the cutter off and try again.

    I see a lot of that reflective banner material here in China everywhere, it looks great everytime I see it, even during the day it looks good. And the cost per roll is cheap but like said above it's much heavier.
