like said above if you squeegeed it down hard, you collapsed the release channels. Air release isn't designed to be used with mask, if you would have wetted the mask that may have helped it release without pulling on the vinyl.

have you done any yourself, or just watching video's of someone else doing it? I would do a section of wall in my shop to get a gauge and not ask other what they would charge, what takes me a few minuets may to you 1/2 hr to an hour.

When I am looking to work done and the business I look into appear to have hacked advertising I go elsewhere. A sign for a sign shop show the type of work you do, so do what you want, but don't expect to get a lot of business with a hacked sign!

have you look for the availability of the lamp/bulb you need? If so then you would know what one would cost!

What if you mess up the print or it isn't the correct material for the job? Do all you customers tell you what they will pay you to do the job? Why would you let this one then.

was the sign cut to short or did the person measuring not read the tape correctly? If you make the retainers larger you are still going to need to correct the position of the face don't forget about that part! I would tend to agree with MikePro on the fix for this!
