I have had this happen many times.
The adhesive is fluid so warm temperatures and the weight of the plex will pull air bubbles where the face makes contact with the frame. The best solution is to mechanically mount it with standoffs. If that's not an option, try using 1/16" plex for the face...

The center letters are a combination of a quick rendering of the "Life is good" letters and some other font. I thought it was comic sans but it doesn't appear so.
I like "A" better too. "THE" on "C" and "D" cover the mill artwork and draw too much importance to an insignificant word. I wanted to see what it looked like reversed out of the M on MILL. Not sure if I like it but ill post it so you can see.

Yes, I install locally and regionally for National, Regional and local companies. Most are interior retail branding and the rest are vehicle wraps or graphics. My average travel is about 5 hours or 325 miles round trip.
