There is no one answer. I really depends on what your final outputs are you want to achieve.
When outputting the same graphics that you want match to multiple devices then using a standard like Fogra53 might be the route you want to take, and in that case the graphic probably should be...
One calibration will be fine for your different modes in each media preset. But, you need to create a new (custom) profile for each mode. If that is done there is no reason they should be different other than the fact you can have higher ink densities at 10pass which depending on the ink load of...
There is a little indentation on the top surface of the MC. If it has been in the machine it will have black printed on it if not it will be white. You can cut some vinyl and put over top of where it has been printed black in that indentation if you want to try to use it again.
With a had held spectro it shouldn't take more than about 2 feet.
As a note if you have a roll to roll laminator and a lot to do it might be quicker and cheaper to print on 30" vinyl and lam to none dp mag.
Should not be a problem even with .030 thickness. The 360 does fine so I would assume the 560 would as well. You just have to run it with low heat and as slow as you need to allow proper ink drying. On the 360 that means 20pass 169F.
After pulling the maintenance cartridge with the printer switched off it reported it as not being new? That is different than what the L25500 did.
Did you call tech support and ask about the procedure?

If profiles are on for that color there is not much chance your going to get a device color of 100K that way.. Might work for your printer and media but if one is using Latex for example you want a device color of 100K only. There printer you may want a 20 20 20 100 build for example. Ways of...
If he wants to output that color at 20 20 20 100 he can pick that color and replace it with the color replace tool. Profiles can be on and all other colors will be color managed.
