Got out and buy a skil saw, a 2x4, and a couple clamps, you don't have to be fancy to cut down sign board. But the time spent, if its even possible, with razor blades would be a huge waste.

We have 10 installed on a Win7 64 workstation for our rip and haven't experienced a hic-up. Might be more of an issue of getting drivers for your equipment then having a Flexi/Windows problems.

On our 160S there is a sensor on the right side by the control panel, if you somehow broke that, then either you are calling a tech or opening the printer up.

Can't compare to the at60, we don't use any r-tape here, but I guess after its applied to the vinyl it does give it a frosted look.

1310 is about all that we use here for our own application jobs. When we send out a RTA graphic we do that with paper tape for certain reasons.

Did something similar last year, 14' routered pvc, getting a map to work took a bit but I am happy with the final outcome. Let me know if you need another option to work from.
