    My dampers run less than half full. Push the head all the way to the left and push on the damper that isn't firing, if it drips through the head, you don't have an ink flow issue you have a firing problem. If you have replaced dampers and head, I'd go ahead and try the cap because its cheap...

    My first question was, why is a guy with a show car that has an expensive paint job putting a big piece of vinyl on it? What does he want you to do? Sell him less sticky vinyl? If you had installed it you may bear some fault, but around here I am not liable for anything that a customer puts...
