Peel the edge up with razor blade and remove tint. It will probably leave alot of the glue on the window. I use soapy water and spray the glass. keep it really wet and use new razor blades to remove the glue. Make sure to get in the weatherstrip channels. If you don't the glue will dry out again...

Sorry I can't help but I have the same problem. I usually do an extra cleaning cycle(button on the front panel) and do a test print to make sure the colors are all clean.
Seems to get worse as the ink in the cartridge gets lower. I've tried everything too like replacing dampers, cap tops etc...
