    Colorpainter You will need to vent that Seiko, for two reasons. The smell from the inks is very strong and because they print so fast they create a fine dust of dried ink.

    Pump Pump would be my guess, I don't think both caps would fail at the same time, and those caps have metal in them to prevent swelling. maybe the pump was plugged up and then let loose causing suction in the caps. Eco is not for Ecological as everyone thinks, it is for Economical.

    Drain line Locate the black line that is coming from the capping station to the pump, put a syringe on it and try to draw ink down. If it is clogged press on the line and see if there is a blockage from dried ink. if you pull down ink and air mixed together you may need a new capping station.
