have the print done as an outsource and then create a channel on the backside so it can be bent. it looks like it is held with an extrusion which you can problably find at Outwater or just have a small flap that can be double faced taped.

that could work in your favor. are you replacing one decal? if so, do two. do your best knock off of the real thing and no one will know the difference. it would be like knocking off a McLaren logo over here. we would be clueless :)
