    We generally change out printheads once they go out of warranty. That being said we have let them just keep going until the prints start to look bad and then change them out. We have pushed over 3000ml without a problem. As far as service I will keep my opinion to myself.

    We run a Gerber 408 and print/cut 3-5 jobs a week. My guy who runs the router has set up a great system and works with the designers if there are potential problems. It works great for us.

    Have you looked for the info you need on the Gerber website. We just replaced the screws for both the x and y axis and the info from the site made it a breeze to reset.

    Nothing I hate more then seeing non-compliant handicap signs. I have one just down the road from me that is a Nevada spec sign (I'm in Utah) and to add to add insult to injury it's in front of a lawyers office!!!
