10 shirts a week sounds like a hobby not a business. Will you supply the shirt? Full color transfers or just black, white, red, blue, etc. What about design? Have you tried to figure a ROI on even the cheap equipment? Not saying it's a bad thing but at the end of the day you have to make $$$

Usually you get the LOCK when the printer is in motion. It looks like you have sent a job, then there was the error (the gantry gets bumped or is obstructed) Check to see that nothing is obstructing the gantry. When in doubt, reboot

I know of instances where the previous owner has stayed on as an employee, but only for a contracted period (6 mos-1yr). It helped the new owners into a smooth transition. It's very hard to go from owner to employee.
