Your best bet is to apply a paint removing gel or paste with fabric strips. The process involves saturating a soft fabric with the gel, then placing it over the brick. Allow the product to stand as long as the manufacturer recommends, then when you peel off the fabric—the paint should peel away...

^^ Corel color control works great if you know how to correctly use it. Just like any color profiling you need o know and understand them.

That is a signcomp frame go to your sign supply vendor or signcomp and get the tool.

Contact the plotter doctor.

Also remember that the earlier software only runs on certain OS's. Like said above might be better off for them to get the latest software.
