I think I am the only one who noticed the irony in "Think Green" lettered on all the WM trucks up at the GIANT toxic landfill.
I didnt read many of the follow up posts here. But I'd walk into the local building permit office (or look online) to get a list of building permits issued in the last year.
The hot list will be the older ones, maybe 3-8 months out on smaller businesses. Cause a sign is about the last thing...
Go to your local commercial building supply warehouse (the one that sells drywall by the tractor trailer load, not home depot) and buy a "baker scaffold" for about $450. Do not get the harbor freight version or the real narrow, hinged version with the loose metal plank boards the home centers sell.
You can hire a seasoned head-hunter with experience in placements that are aligned with what you need (get the references and check them out). You pay a fee to the placement service and get the estimator that works for you.
You can drive to "Blue Rooms" that may still be around in your area...
You may need to advertise that you are hiring an experienced estimator. They are in great demand now and a good one just won't work on straight commision, expects benefits, etc etc. You will still need to reserve time to check and double check anything any estimator proposes in your business...
How did you create the toolpath file? Have you ran the toolpath file in simulation/preview mode to see if the problem is replicated there before you commit to the expensive stuff?
Is the computer that controls the CNC connected to the internet? A stall is sometimes caused by windows...
