Looks like paint was scraped off, when installing these I never press hard on the squegee, in fact I barely touch it, it'll stick anyway.

I'm not familiar with latex and this is just a workaround but every printer I used could do 2-8 overpass (multiple layers of ink), this is used on lightbox material when you need a thicker layer of ink but it can be used to achive 200-800% coverage on any material. It comes with print speed...

I know this does not solve your problem, but why do you print a layer of white on the back for a ton of money when you can laminate with white for next to nothing? Is the ink original? I'd try the following to see if there is any changes in the following order: -print slower -crack up the heat...

Try cleaning the Caps Lock button, see if that helps.

If you need a permanent solution you should go with Jim Hancock's list, If you need to print that particular sticker in a rush just go unidirectional, 100% k, slow speed/many steps. Also double check head height.

I try to avoid laminate as much as possible, you need to use optically clear laminate on window perf which is much thinner and can cause problems on installation as it's not as flexible as the vinyl itself. I guess the rule of thumb is valid here as well - 6 months without laminate 3-4 years...

Making creative stuff with a CNC is a good hobby, but makes no money. I'd do sign trays, acrylic letters, plaques and such. The gift industry is pretty crowded thus makes no profit imho.

So I applied vinyl wallpaper on low VOC painted wall (apparently). Within two weeks the whole thing wanted to just fall off, I squeegeed it back and to my surprise that fixed it - almost. 4 months later I have only a few spots and some edges that will not stick Any idea how can I fix that...
