Much better! Although I do think the kiwi needs a second leg...otherwise it looks a little alienish. See the attachment (2 second photoshop) for example...plus it fills out the black area on the right a little better too. Now that you have a full Kiwi you can also use JUST the kiwi as a little...
So I got a sample piece of the Roland SGP Paper (non adhesive) and I have to say...i LOVE it. Nice and thick, semi-glossy and prints great. Unless anyone else knows of something similar for less, I was thinking of ordering up a roll....Printed a poster of my girlfriend and WOW. Didn't think the...
wouldn't you want the full shape of the kiwi though? as part of a kind of "icon" for your company in case you decide on random placement of your logo etc. Otherwise, your logo will always seem incomplete unless it's on the right edge of something. This is only a thought.

True. If it's 1/8" too LONG and they're installing, they could be pulling it tight to install. Have you measured the vinyl while it's on the carrier, right after it's been printed? If it's right on the money, you may try masking it to help with stretching during install? Just an idea
Jesus ... you guys make me feel like a retard at wal-mart when it comes to logo design...I'm not even trying.
For being a "joke" most of these could actually be legit logos lol...
Unfortunately in the printing business, customers have a hard time understanding the slight margin for error. If they want it 100% precise, you're going to end up chasing your tail...they should have the tick marks machined by a precision machinist, or lasered. Even if the vinyl fits when it's...
DO NOT hit the button in versaworks that reads the width of the media between printing and cutting. Doing so will mess the cut up completely. Also, are you sure there's enough LIGHT for the eye to read the dots? We shine a flashlight onto the vinyl while it's reading dots and it helps to read...
I'm surprise no one mentioned the material SHRINKING?? Over heat and cooling, vinyl that's 70" I would expect to shrink 1/8" Over a couple weeks time.
I have to agree tho, that's pretty accurate.
Please PM quotes of my cost and RETAIL (both are important).

Printed 3165/Lam 210 on a Roland!
ugh. I want this material to work bad! I am still toying. IF I can't get bigfish's stuff to work for this I'd use his material, but until then if they're going on hardhats and you want them to last (and be thick) you MUST laminate.
I'd use Oracal 3165 Laminated with 210. I don't see why that...
