I still prefer aluminum sheeting and my vinyl is 751. 040 aluminum will suit you well for this job. I dont get the whole MDO thing any longer, too much prep and it simply is not lasting. aluminum come in 5' sheets so a 10' would suit you for this job
if he doesnt like it tell him to buy a smooth tank. I personally wouldnt adhere vhb to it (my opinion). It is what it is and it sounds like a lot of thinking and issue solving. Its vinyl over what hes got or buy a smoother tank
we use Inkhead. The only thing that kind of irks me is they started charging tax for my state, Kind of messed up the "deal" I was getting from them on my end...
we do free estimates BUT one year ago I said NO MORE to large construction job quotes. I have wasted too much time and energy in doing those and got nothing in return.
Doing free estimates will either waste time OR land big jobs, 50/50 chance
always had cargo vans. you can stand 4x8s up against side wall for transoportation. All your stuff is inside and dont have to worry about weather. I will add this I have an 07 ford E250 and that little 4.6 V8 sucks! It has no power to pull a trailer and the gas mileage is horrible. I would kill...

yes I have put oracal 751 on reflective signs, I have had no issues. keep in mind reflective at night in some cases can make the sign unreadable. I dont see the point in most reflective signs, especially for purposes like you described
if you order foam silicone is all you need. if some is applied on bottom edge of letter where it is squeezing out the side, it should suffice. that will save you alot of drilling, screwing and taping.
no im not and I dont take calls on those days concerning signage. if you didnt get it done friday you can wait till monday there is nothing i can do about it
here is my experience via another sign company. A local small university wanted 2 large screens, we quoted Watchfire. Another company used chinese knockoffs and they of course won the job. a couple months later we would ride by and half screen be black and then later that company would be out...
sometimes we have to tell our clients things that make sense. When you say wrapping around am I to wonder is it the posts? I wouldnt use fabric, even Sunbrella to "wrap" stuff. Please give us more info. Sunbrella is certainly the best choice BUT need more info please
no I have never gotten any files froma designer that didnt have 50000 extra lines in it OR 15 copies of itself stacked...WTF is that all about. I dont think these people know how to do a lot of stuff in these design programs so they "redraw" certain things
