Gino you are correct in keeping more for your self BUT we are "talking" 1000 pcs with I assume radiused corners. I personally would rather feed a router all day then to run this on a table saw and then sand edges, that in itself would physically kill me.

why would you do this instead of just buying a bucket truck? seems to me it would be more expensive to add a bucket to a vehicle than just buying one already done. Also, if you are not going to be using this a whole lot I would rent. Trust me owning a lift can be a PITA
