    Graphtec has a stand-alone cutter app that is not a plug-in and is compatible with your set-up: GRAPHTEC STUDIO (GS) https://www.graphtecamerica.com/cp-softwares Near the bottom of the list. It will import .eps file that Corel can easily supply. It does not cost anything.
