We do a lot of tiled jobs. We don't worry about any marks. Set the overlap and just tell the installer how much.

Starleaton not helping you? We just got a G3 but it's running Oce software so I don't know how yours works. We set up the job on Prepress and it sends the job to the Procut server. Scan the barcode and start cutting.

There was one vinyl that wouldn't cut properly on mine. It was cheap stuff and the backing paper was so soft the grit rollers were chewing out the paper causing the job to mis align. The S2 is far and away the best fastest cutter I've had. Getting the barcodes to read can be tricky is my only...

Not sure but I think you can increase the roller pressure on the S2s.

I've seen samples which look great. The Oce sales rep admitted the ink won't adhere/stretch enough for wraps.

The ink doesn't stretch and comes off the vinyl apparently.

The Colorado looks great for flat prints but won't work for wraps.

Ok so you know they aren't long term signage. It lasted over a year. What's the problem? Tell them when they order how long it's warranted for and sell them another one in 12 months.

And the rest. They aren't for hobbyists. If you are serious about reducing your print finishing time they are a great investment though.

It's a Zund rebranded by Oce. No we don't hand trim anything now. Nearly everything we do gets cut on it.
