You really can't hide a seam in plexi panels.The best you can do is use any of the above methods with the addition of having a large portion of the graphic cover the seam.
I prefer matte on everything. That includes prints and paint finishes.Flat finishes can hide a lot of sins.When things are shiny you see each and every imperfection.
