I'm not aware of any way to remove graffiti from normal laminates. There are specialty laminates that claim to be graffiti-resistant, but I've never used them. The only thing I know of to do is reprint. But I wouldn't do it for free since we can't control damage by 3rd parties to the signs. If...

Exactly. If companies guaranteed or warranted the expected life span, they wouldn't generally make money. The purpose of the guarantee/warranty is to help ensure quality control, and compensate customers for defective product.

Since the weather has become hot and dry, I've been having tons of issues with static build up on my laminator, especially when running Avery's cast wrap laminate with the plastic liner. Our shop doesn't have any carpet, so that's not an issue. I've found the static string online, but not sure...

I just recently started looking at these, because it's now hot and dry in our area, so lots of static. Combine that with Avery's plastic liner on the laminate, and OUCH! After looking around, why not just buy the anti-static cord for $66, plus some magnets for $3-5 at a home improvement store...

As someone competent in setting up files with bleeds, I find this to be a big problem that they're messing with your artwork. If I didn't know what I was doing, I'd use vistaprint. Another company messing with my artwork spells out major quality control issues on my end.

I've used CASper in the past, and it really is a complicated interface with a high learning curve. We also frequently had issues connecting to the database, and we'd have to waste an hour calling into customer service for them to hit the reset button.

Why would a dry or wet install have any effect on this? I don't see the connection.

I'd recommend using the 10mm coro. It's more expensive, but the wind alone will fold the 4mm in half the first time they use it.

I've only used it once or twice, but it sounds like ultra-metallic vinyl is what you're looking for. We got it from Fellers, but that was years ago. I don't even remember which brand we used.
