a number of years ago I sent a board from my FJ540 that we had to them for a blown transistor. Got it (or another one???) back in a reasonable amount of time and it worked just fine.
I have a jv33 and was looking at the Fuze MS 33 (ss21) - Does anyone know if Bordeaux Inks will automatically switch cartridges if they become empty (running dual CMYK)? I tried some digitl inks from the UK and they worked well... but the carts never switched and you had to be really careful...
I have something like 62 "empty" cartridges of OEM SS21 C Y M K that I was saving to squeeze the remains out of and into a bulk system. Well, I'm not going to do that and instead of just sending them back to Mimaki to recycle I figured I would give someone on here the opportunity to get them...
I checked out the following printers (printed the same test print on all 4) before I bought my new machine. An HP latex L26500.... an Epson S30670...... A Roland VersaCamm VS540.... and a Mimaki JV33 (dual CMYK configuration)
I ended up buying the Mimaki JV33. - insanely fast. Dual CMYK...
I just went and looked up the Seal your talking about.... Seal laminators are good solid machines. I've used the Seal Image 62 and the Seal Image 44. The Image 62 I used had issues trying to get to and stay at a constant temperature. Probably something that could have been fixed but it was...
Since I'm using a JV33 with solvent ink, I pretty much have gotten to the point to when I have to do any mounted prints on Aluminum, 3/16 foam/gator/ultraboard, etc... I always use a "cheaper" (calendared-around $200/roll) air release vinyl to print on... then I mount them with or without...
I bought a brand new Daige 55" solo and there is good things about it... and some bad. (this is just my opinion)
Good - pretty cost effective, works on 110v, pretty simple design with not a ton of things that can go bad or break, parts are decent quality, I like stealing the foot switch to use...
Took an extra shop vac attachment (actually it came from a dirt devil vacuum) and heated it up and molded it to fit the front of the circular saw. I guess mounting it that way will get more dust than from the back.
You have no idea how good it feels to be able to cut a straight line.
Hey! Thanks BlueFish for the link I will check them out. And Mr. Mosh that is an excellent point. The city Sign Inspector guy is a stickler to say the least (understandable). But if you talk to him really nice he responds better, funny how that works.
Hello all! - I've looked and looked and still haven't found a post dealing with what I should sell a teardrop/feather banner with stand for... so I am really sorry if this has been discussed. I have a customer that wants a price on those style stand packages, but I've never sold one before (I...
Hello from Grand Rapids, MI - and thank you very much for some of the greatest hockey players to ever lace up the skates for the Red Wings! Lidstrom, Zetterburg, Holmstrom & Kronwall!
(Out There) - Here is a picture of a piece of plywood that I cut. Yes... there is a little bit of a burn, but that was my fault.... I didn't bring the saw down all the way, I came back up and then went down again. But, it is really clean and works great. I would have to guess that it's...
One thing I always do is.... make it really small on your screen..... move waaaaay back..... and then say to yourself..."If I was driving 55mph could I still tell what it is?". Well, that's my rule of thumb. :)
I came from the water based printing world of the HP and knew ZERO about solvent printing when I got my Roland FJ540 converted to ecosol. This site has been insanely helpful to the point of myself probably not making it to where I am today. The way that I started out was using the search...
I got a JV33-160 using ss21 full solvent ink in the CMYKCMYK configuration about 5 months ago (???) and I LOVE IT! For a double cmyk machine I am amazed at the colors it can hit. Great blues and finally some deep reds that I couldn't get with my old Roland SJ540. The ink actually dries by the...
I will have to look around for any wood scraps that we cut. My partner accidentally broke a part on the circular saw and the only thing I've cut so far is plastics. The circular saw breaking was not the fault of panel system.... it was us trying to tighten something on the actual saw. Here...
Thank you all very much... the guy who runs the kit company is a pretty smart guy. We got to talking for a minute and I guess he is also a engineer for Boeing and he worked on the B2. All the parts were really nice. The part that you attach the circular saw (and the other one for the router...
Thanks! It is carpet... but we've hooked up a shop vac to it now. The owner of the panel saw kit place helped us with suggestions on how to hook one up that will get about 90% of the dust. I'm just happy I can make a straight square cut now! The thing that sent me over the edge was the two...
Hello... The other day, in the final showdown with my table saw that I'm pretty sure is alive and hates me, I thought "I'VE HAD IT!!!! I NEED A PANEL SAW THAT CAN MAKE A GOOD SQUARE CUT!!!!". Problem is, I lost the treasure map to my hidden bags of money that I buried in the back yard. I then...
