    If the new computer doesn't recognize the key- then you probably need a driver installed on the computer from the key manufacturer. - I would find the key manufacturer on google, and contact them to download.

    I have used 751 for tiny letters, but 1/32 is pretty small. I would try 751, weed the large portions, apply app tape, flip it over and weed tiny stuff off the app tape. I have done this for a few years with success. It is a longer process though.

    yep- plenty. You can download graphtec studio software from graphtec's website, or use plug in CM2 or CM3 for your illustrator software. Go slow, do test cuts, read a ton, and dial that unit in.
