Yes- I think its the vinyl drive motor, or something catching or rubbing. You can probably pull the side panels and inspect the drive drum.

Since you are using flexi- after tracing - right click - select within will help you unmask- and ungroup also unmask should be an option on right click

Are you sure that there is no images or vectors, ( no fill - no color) above your upper text? it looks like the software is picking something up before applying the marks

Thank you - yes I have used both 651 and 751 - and seen some imperfections- and possible foil issues. Will go Scotchcal from now on.,

Fred, Do you always prefer to print on Scotchcal 220? I have had some inconsistencies with other brands..and was thinking it may be the vinyl itself.
