I would check: 1. Original media before printing- make sure there isn't a streak on the new vinyl. 2. replace / clean vinyl squeegees 3. clean platen- roller- 4. shine flashlight on the printing head- verify its really clean- no smudges / specs

Yes- there are two numbers you have to look at by the manufacturer: Length (metric) and pounds of pressure. 60lb, 40lb, etc.

Try running yout software in XP mode- right click icon, properties, compatibility - Windows XP.

Here in Denver, I run edge 1, edge 2, HS15 Plus, GS15, not all at the same time though. :smile:

in my humble opinion, since you are attracting government users and guys that can afford and re-do fire trucks-- you should choose a design that would fit a firetruck- conservative, limited colors and textures. I think some of the drafts remind me of a race car graphics shop. Perhaps re-tune...

there should be no play when the machine is off moving left to right , up or down. front to back

slower speed? proper blade length- tough materials to cut. There are a few more variables. Does the carriage feel secure in the track? no wobble...

This may be a naive question- but since you have a flatbed, and these are for table tops - I agree with Player- Glass will last. So can you: 1. reverse print on glass, then underbase with white? or 2. reverse print on clear vinyl, underbase in white, then apply to glass?

This or a metal sheet, use vinyl for stencils, and paint letters with high temp paint.

After the media is loaded, and screen says ready: 1. Press Conditions 2. Press F1 Force 3. Use up and down arrows. edit: then hit enter when complete. :)

Ok thank you. So do you know what that button does next to the reset button? its a hidden one without markings.- kind of like the test print button on the Gerber Edge.
