Nothing to compare it to - but it has been user friendly from the get go.
Had one HP related problem and they sent me to Caldera for a firmware update. Support was fast, polite and thorough.
Run a HP Designjet L25500 on an outdated HP Pavilion with Linux.

Anyone have a problem with humidity controls like we do?
Printing and work room is approximately 1000 sq feet.
Current humidity is 73% but it has been as high as 85%.
I do not own the building and we will most likely be leaving in a year, so I don't want to install a central dehumidifier...
Yes - that is true.
And HP is very good about getting warranty parts right out, next day air.
But, it is the second in three months - which is a pain.
Thanks everyone.
Though the status check via Supply function / IP address says that all printheads are okay - this test print may reveal that PH # 3 (y/k) may not be shooting yellow, no?
Wish I knew how to read this damn thing...
Is that a separate process somewhere? Don't see it on the LCD menu.
Do I just fake it out as if I were replacing the PH - and let it run it's automatic printhead alignment after I 'replace' it?
Jasonx is correct.
Check media width, or turn the graphic.
If material size is set to "USER DEFINED" - click that little question mark to re-poll/reset sized.

We do not do Vista-print quality work - and we expect to get paid for that.
