Could it be that there is a small amount of liquid trapped between the edge of the vinyl and the premask? When you removed the premask it created a vacuum that could have sucked the liquid in? No idea if this is what happened to you, but I've seen this happen when doing windows with frosted...

I don't think so. Just make sure you heat/roll the crap out of it. It should take on the same texture as the wall. We used 3M material and vinyl.

If the outside is concrete that has been painted, why not remove the paint and use a concrete wall wrap material?

I'm not sure about the 370 but I know that the 570 has a camera on the bottom that looks for a registration mark. When loading the material I think that it's an option on the printer menu.

I agree with everyone here. If you can afford it get separate machines, workflow wise it just makes it easier and long term it will allow you to expand you business. As far a printers go... I really would take another look at Latex, I know that your local distributor might not sell them but...

So from what I understand the new curing units on the 500 series operate more like a convection oven rather than a typical heating/curing units. The units are better sealed which allows them to retain the heat better, this also allows hot air to flow over the substrate which means same effect...
