Hi Guys, Anyone knows how to make acrylic letters, I tried these chinese hair straightening style things but they are just ... toys you cannot make any decent looking letters with them. I also tried hot air gun - but yet again no luck.

You need to verify the compatibility of the laminate. Since you laminated the vinyl I assume you didn't cut it too soon before the outgassing has occured.

Like Joe says feed is the way you FEED you material in the machine also called X axis and scan is the movement of the head also called the Y axis. If you calibrated your machine mixing up these two just set it again and it should work.
