Cut the tube with a miter saw sporting a non-ferous metal cutting blade of at least 100 carbide teeth. Slow and smooth with each slice makes the blade last longer.
For shearing .090... it takes a lot of shearing to make the equipment worth purchasing, even harbor freight. I suggest you make...
We use the regular black pounce powder from Glantz. Or just baby powder if you need white for a dark wall. We are mindful to not let the pound wheel make holes that are too large. We also dont really POUNCE the bag at the pattern.. more like a light back and forth rub. It leaves just enough of a...
Depends on the job. What you described works most times for us. Sometimes we have to either pounce a pattern or do multiple strips (top and bottom, etc) in order to get proper alignment of funky letters or cut-out graphical elements.
You got that right. I just did an exposed neon CL set for a big bagel/deli place that went in a strip center full of standard lighted sign boxes. We also did some border tubes along the storefront. It literally looks like the deli owns the shopping center. You don't see anything else there.
Pretty neat.
I have a nephew thats in a high school marching band. They have a huge, elaborate ninja themed program, props, etc.
You guys are so into it nowadays it is like a MC Hammer concert.
Autocad will do it. Send an eps to anyone with autocad. But this probably isnt going to help you.
Very likely, the municipality already has an approved method for calculating the signage area and it is probably stated in the latest sign ordinance. If they give a square footage, they will...
Finbar.. Thats what I read. So, if left on, how often would it clean itself? Does yours?
Compilla... Thats what I suspected. I have never heard this printer do anything periodically when left on for days at a time.
Thanks
I have read here a few times about how the Mutoh Falcon Outdoor Junior does not have an automatic cleaning feature. Page number 58 of the users guide/manual says that it does.
Which is correct?
I had some kids mess with the lower controls once when I was up about 40' in a basket. I threw a big wrench pretty hard and the punk was lucky I missed. Well we always lock the lower control box now or take along a ground helper.
Another time I was working on a big Arby's sign. The boom...
Too little too late but.. I just say NO to many things presented to me. I am a dad too. Morals are on fire, why fuel it more? The money will be quickly forgotten.
That's the way we did ours too. Three times so far. Pole barns here are always done that way. Our last pour was huge and well below freezing temps so we closed the doors and heated the structure with torpedo heaters to help cure it a few days.
Pour it right away though. The only negative to...
I must be bad like you people. I have done a few of these.
Being in the sign business, I always have a couple big, colorful, rainbow decals handy... dont use magnets cause that stuff comes back around.
I have taken a pass on the doctor for a lot of stuff too. Glad to hear you went in for this one. I took a hard hit there from skateboarding years ago. I saw blood too. Same treatment as stated.. water and rest.
Speedy recovery!
Got a bottle of some kind of swill from our aluminum supplier. $200 cash from a real good customer. A bracelet for the wife from a jewler customer. Very few cards. We don't expect anything but in most years past we netted much more.
It don't matter... Merry Christmas all!
