I would definitely do either flatbed or printed vinyl overlay. Seeing as we don't have a flatbed, and MDO is usually so warped flatbed is not even completely possible, we would overlay. Did you use the right perf? Like a 70/30 or 80/20? If you use lower than that it does become too transparent (which is optimal for vehicle windows).

Your force settings will depend greatly on the blade type and how much of the blade you have sticking out. Try to keep just the smallest amount of the tip protruding.....with that, you should be able to start setting up for various materials.

No, it's not that easy when it's old and unlaminated. Laminated and not dried and crusty? Yes it's that easy.

Nah I wish that's what it was. This is the second out of the box roll of 210M that we have noticed this with. And it's heightened by the heat from laminating with it.

Vinyl is fine for short term, powder coating or cerakote for long term.
