  1. Really cool looking storefront!

Hey everyone, I purchased a sample roll of this, so I can tell you a little experience with it. The holographics is excellent, but printing is a little weird. Unprinted areas and light colors look amazing, medium colors show some reflection about 50% and areas printed in black do not reflect...
  2. Scored at the city warehouse sale today

So the plotter works fine, bought a bunch of brand new blades, blade holder and putting in a new cutting strip on it. It's very different than my Roland but a lot stronger cut, it actually cut through car magnets. It has the ARMS for contour cutting, etc. It can cut directly from Corel Draw...

I provide a couple verbal warnings, then a written final warning and then termination. Which at the time of the termination I give them a termination letter and sign it.
  12. Terminating Employees is Tough

Both had several misconducts, but one was mainly let go due to being very rude and demanding with customers and giving wrong information. The others main thing was he was untrainable, super lazy soaking up the time clock and I had to tell him several times the same thing before he understood.

  14. Terminating Employees is Tough

Yesterday I had to fire two employees, my receptionist and one of my fabricators. I do not feel good about firing people and still feel lousy today about it. One of them had the most nasty attitude about it but I had to stay calm and try to be nice the whole time.Just kind of depresses you and...
  15. Printer is saying empty cartridge... help

VHB doesn't bond to PVC so beware of that. If you screw 1/2" into the PVC and also glue it in, that will give it double support and be better. Stand offs is the way to go.
