Try a self printing test without using a file. Put new ink in and test print several times.

Could be out of ink, air in the lines, clogged nozzles, etc. Try another print and see what happens, do an extensive self cleaning on it, insure the wipers are clean.

Yes but vinyl is a block out, perf you can see out of. Big difference. You may have a different kind of customer but thousands of other people will want it. I hate to see a merchant picked on because one or two people won't use his product.
