If you put a 50yard roll on the plotter, it may be too heavy and cause that. Make sure the pinch rollers are equally spaced. Make sure the vinyl is aligned properly, etc. There are a dozen things that can cause it.

Sometimes this happens to me when I do a manual cleaning, it'll drop little bits of ink here and there. Usually clears up after one print or I can take a dry swab and clean around the printhead.

I have a shopping center who needs a few of these type of signs. They like this design, but I cannot find anything close to it. It doesn't have to match, but needs to be tall, can be anchored to the ground, double sided and have the name of the shopping center on it. Thanks.
