Ya I'm using a 24" BIG SQUEEGEE right now for applying mask and sometimes graphics....We will see how it goes - there are times when the BS wrinkles and it's extremely hard to get started straight without a second person for me...usually I start with someone and manually squeegee/mask the first...

I would think Arlon DPF8000 with a good laminate would be sticky enough to stay on there and durable enough to keep it from getting all messed up.

We print posters for our snowboard apparel customer on Oracal 3164 and cut it to the edge of the graphic so it's just a nice thick glossy print. They LOVE the outcome and the way the colors pop...waterproof too. I usually send them this route instead of using photo paper. They can still frame...

I've been searchin for the SAME THING!!! I don't understand why screenprinted stickers are so thick, easy to put on by the consumer, but everything economical for solvent printing is THIN! We HAVE to use Oracal 3164 for cheap promotional stickers, but it's way too thin. Very lame!

ughhh our old macbook pro running signcut x2 on snow leopard worked fine. Macbook pro on snowleopard with pro AND x2 -- neither of them work now. Signcut is blaming on the firmware version of the plotter...which is odd because it worked fine with our white macbook. IT's running ok on a PC...

We use the signcut pro software and it won't poll our plotter AT ALL. but if we download the summausa software to test USB connection the computer is communicating with the plotter. Looking for this particular font....looks a lot like a font called "accord regular" but can't find it anywhere for download....still isn't the exact font but VERY close...any other font suggestions that match this?? -Matt
