I can't remember why I always buy medium tack pre mask, but had 20 detailed white vinyl decals come back as the graphics wont come off properly. I tried everything and thankfully it has the synthetic liner so I wet them all and removed the mask. I will now use high tack pre mask on everything...

I have a bad feeling that I used medium tack. I am going to try and heat them up from behind and see if that softens them a bit to remove. The weird thing is I use this stuff inhouse for vehicles and I rarely have issues removing the backing paper.

Of all the vinyls this would be the least to have this problem one would think. Something must be wrong with the perf. See if you can send the vinyl back.

Sounds like a rediculous request, but I have to move about 20 vinyl cut logos from the synthetic clear liner to a silicone paper liner as the customer is having trouble getting the vinyl to release from the liner. I have to admit it is a pain as about half the shapes come off but other pieces...
