Our city revamped their sign bylaw about 2 years ago, they made it so pretty much the only signs that don't need a permit are election signs (suprise!)
however, err, we have tried contacting city hall a bunch of times to enquire about permits, what is allowed etc. and to this day we have never...
We use 4over, very inexpensive and they deliver to us for free on their truck. In the last year I've had 2 issues and they redid the job both times no questions asked.
Yes each year would have a Bobs tires folder (as long as they ordered from us in that year) it makes sense for our workflow to do it this way, we get a lot of phone calls "same as you did a few years ago for us"

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there must be some kind of tracking system used by the lottery commission to know what stores issues which tickets no? So what happens if one of the stolen tickets turns out to be a winner?

I think the up cut bit is your problem, while it's cutting, it's pulling the material up, causing uneven depths, try a down cut bit, it should help with the material fraying along the cut as well
Does anyone have any idea what this font is? the ampersand is throwing me. the lettering is similar to optima with it's thick/thin strokes, the e is also slightly upturned like the Heineken logo.

If you are going to use 4mm coro, you MUST use a solid plywood backer, screws will pull out of coro in even a small wind unless there is something solid to back it with.

Are the signs going to be permanent? I assume no if coroplast is being used. I would second the 3M command strips option if this is the case
If they are permanent, Avoid coroplast!
