construction styro and paint them with a slow two part epoxy (non yellowing)? spray them with exterior latex white, then dip them in glue and dust them with transparent holographic glitter.

my mimaki is "less clogged" then ever using triangle. swab the cap tops with butyl carbitol every night, clean off the wiper and i can "not print" for days or weeks and it's ready to go like a canon. if you have good suction (wet cap tops) and clean pumps triangle will no let you down.

jerky changes in direction are hard on a machine. i'd be glad if the machine performed perfectly but did have the ability to absorb it's own energy.
