It's for Temp fencing. so looking at the cheapest of the cheapest. I may have found a material worthy enough though with a backing.
Nah it wont be a one off. It'll be ongoing. i didn't want to baby the arizona if it'll get clogged up ect. But may have found the material im after with backing...
All the PVC mesh banners we print on have a plastic back that you peel off when done. i believe its there so the ink doesnt clog up onto the printer?
We have been asked to do a mesh, more or like a shade cloth. but im not sure if the ink will go though and stick to the printer ect.
is it possible to print onto a mesh with out the backing with using a UV printer?
All our mesh has backing on it, but i believe the ink will get stuck on the surface where the material sits?
As far as i'm aware, Onyx does not "auto rotate"
Also what version do you have?
When you open the file, in the open window, you should have the following options, Quick sets (under the printer drop down) and further down it should say magnification, rotate ect. Press rotate by how many degrees...
This is shocking.
I feel like the lot of you don't know how to enlarge an image properly. You're suppose to resample the image, maybe bit of noise reduction ect.
If you enlarge an image to the nearest pixel, it will look bad, pixelated ect. which is how RIPs do it and when you go into...
Also curious why you didn't like it.
The quality mine produces is outstanding.
I can admit the stock profiles suck. But when using a flatbed and printing on foreign materials.. there's no manufactured profile.
Everyone who has came to us and said "the last shop did this, can you recreate...
Thanks i had a look on their site, i'll give him a ring.
Presentation paper i suppose. I dont use it for proofing, mostly a3/a4 photos but i'd like to print of images to present to clients (not as a proof)
All the time. IMO it's way better than using vinyl, but you need to make sure the acrylic is 100% clean.
Only thing with UV the resolution is slightly lower than solvent. doesn't bother any of my clients though.
not going to happen unfortunately, you'll try up the heads and you'll be up $10k for new ones. unless you convert it to a 440 which i believe is only a CMYK machine which isn't worth it.
IMO i'd convert it to a double white as white can be used a lot if you do acrylics.
