I think you're expectations are way to high.
if you want a thin notebook, then yes it'll thermal throttle. there is nothing you can do about it.
If you want to get a i9 in a laptop, you'll need something thicker...
anyway, this is probably what you're after...
in the meantime you can download the software and have a look at it from the xrite site. It's the full version but locked until you plug a device into it. you can click though and see what's what. put it in advance mode and you'll see all the functions and features.
Can't go wrong with having the publish pro version.
It allows you to use their profiling software which isn't a bad thing to have.
Other useful things is the quality checker.
Has anyone have any experience on laminating rigid media with UV curable ink?
I know normal laminate will not work, but is there any type or brand ect that anyone knows of that will laminate UV inks with out silvering?

Don't get me wrong, china is capable of manufacturing some very high quality stuff, but consumer wont...
We've got LED highbays in the warehouse is what i believe you're talking about?
In our print room we've got CRI >99 tubes which i want to replace with something with a CRI of >95 or higher.
Thanks mate, those prices are slightly better than what i've been seeing.
Other option i've looked at is "waveform" from the us, LED tubes.
Which do you have if you dont mind me asking?
I currently have Hitachi D50 T8 tubes in my print room, and with in the last few months they're starting to die.
I have found out hitachi dont make these specific lights anymore and finding replacements that aren't stupidly priced are getting difficult.
Im wondering if there's other solutions...
i dont know why people bother asking about programs that offer a free 30 day trial. just download it and try it for yourself.
I love it. especially when idiots send me thumb nail images.
