Use a long handle razor scraper. Clean the grit off the glass and spray it down so your razor scraper glides easily. Should take no time at all.

Looking at your close-up pic... Not only does your Laminate look like it was pressured up, Your White edges are very uneven and looked chipped or melted. I believe your customer is fibbing...

Never release a sketch without a deposit and always have your company information on it along with watermarks.

Give it a good manual cleaning and a nozzle check before you leave. I can't speak for Mutoh but I have gone 10-14 days without firing up my Roland without any issues. OEM inks...

Versaworks cannot print spot color gradients even using their own spot color palette... It is a little odd since they are cmyk values.

Fineline tape and a quill usually.

Got a pic? What material are you printing on? Heaters on?
