You said they are install patterns... if they are for channel letters or cut out letters, you likely want it aligned pretty close to the design layout. For letters or graphics that large I would just plot short panels of 8-10 feet (4-6 feet if thats all that will track straight) and then...

Kinkos is an overpriced joke IMO. We us a local repro shop (blue print shop) and they charge us $3.75 per sheet converted to either .tiff or .pdf and emailed to me.

The K-Cad Cutting Tool used to be the secret to getting these to cut vinyl. With the light duty stepper motors it would struggle on even a thicker calendared vinyl and miss steps... really ticks you off. I doubt you will easily find K-Cad or blades any more.

I only had a small syringe (10cc I think) but it did create enough suction to get fluid through both of the small hoses at the top of the waste bottle. I then was able to get it to do a couple powerfull cleanings and it finally printed a nozzle check again. I havent ran a print file yet but...
