I couldnt get Bill but another fella there suggested I take the 2 small hoses from the waste bottle and connect a syringe there. While holding the head to the right, pull a suction on those lines. I am looking for some tube to connect it now.

We have paid the $200 per hour (+) for the exact same thing on other units... parts replacers. I agree.. the parts are very expensive, and I dont like working on something that way, but I can do that myself too.

Following your progress. My Mutoh 38 is dead too, just over a year, and it seems to have similar problems. I don't really need it right now for anything importanrt but I do want it working after I paid all this money or it. Thanks for the parts schematic by the way! Good luck to you.

Is my preset selection supposed to match the output profile selection? I am printing on the translucent shown and the actual print looks pretty good to me but I don't understand what "output profile" is. Thanks!

Hey Thanks, Your workaround makes very good sense. I just tried it and it worked very well. I try to do drawings that are borderline architectural in nature with Flexi because I am somewhat familiar with most of it's features and the dotted line thing has been giving me fits. Thanks...

Does anyone have a more dependable, predictable way to use the dotted line feature of the Fill/Stroke Editor? I have tried adjusting the values there in that editor (line width and mitre limit... also, whats a mitre limit?) but neither seem to help anything. The length of dashes seem to be...

I didnt mention.. this actually isnt a vector converted to a .pdf file. It is a full size scan of a blue print and the raster file is saved as a .pdf. I do get these all the time, from this same source, but this time no dice.

I import pdfs into flexi all the time but am having trouble with this one. I can view the pdf with adobe acrbat reader but it's just a blacked out box when brough to flexi.. with no options to unmask, ungroup, etc. I dont have illustrator. Maybe pm or email me if you can help convert it to...
