At times we send a print and the rip starts and completes. Then after a few minutes we realize for some reason... we need to stop things and start over. We can't get production manager to respond to any of the standards.. stop delete or abort. It just seems to lock up.

I really wouldn't worry about keeping it running. I'd be more interested in making money with it. Use it to your best advantage... don't wear it out cause that will happen soon enough. I have a few local shops that I work for but I won't reduce my substantial investment to the commodity...

I've been told that poll size will only work if connected by serial cable.. is this correct or is there a way to do it with USB? I am using WinXP, FlexiPro, and a q100 Vinyl Express (Graphtec).
