If you're mounting all your prints, switch to something like Gen. Form. 223. Thick vinyl, SUPER for mounting to boards. Can't even imagine why you would print to adhesive poly pro.

That's what I was saying....printed on this same roll of banner yesterday. Didn't do this. Nozzle test is fine. I haven't seen this issue since using Ultraflex years ago. This is GSG Starprint banner.

Yeah it used to have a smell I didn't mind. Seems over the past few months it has changed. And this fresh roll I just cracked open had me checking the bottom of my shoes. My printer room smells like a great dane laid out a massive crap on the floor.

Yes you have to have an object in the file that is a ContourCut outline before any contour marks will be applied. Be sure you have done that.
