Get a VersaCamm. 30" or 54", either would work for what you're doing. The newer ones haver the perfcut feature, and you can send multiple jobs at once.

The graphics won't be readable. The message will be totally lost. My suggestion, start over with a much cleaner, simpler look. It's possible to design for urban audiences without going overboard and following basic design principles.
