I agree that it needs to be changed up a bit. It seems to be stiff and the tag line is gloomy. Perhaps...Lighting the way on your journey, Enlightening our youth, etc...anything but gloom
We all have our preferences and once we encounter a load of problems with any one product, we make the choice to give it up or work with it. I personaly do not own an Apple Computer, I find them pricey.....but I also find them very easy to use. My kids all have one for school and they love...
I have had them all and they each have their own issues. It seems when one has poor service/tower coverage, people switch...then it happens to the one you are with.
I have stayed with Verizon for 12 years now and as happy as anyone can get paying a phone bill.
It seems everytime we look up, we are exposing ourselves and not in a good way.
We are loosing our privacy and rights, bit by bit....so we don't notice until it's tooo late.

I think that you have the right to outsource and that your vendor should be straight up with you if they cannot do it. I do very little outsourcing so when I do, I do not want that handpicked vendor to do the same to me. They should have told you, but sometimes it is up to us to know...
