    If it's only going to be up for a month, I would recommend General Formulations Concept 206, it's nice and thick and has a removable adhesive, I just did a job similar to what you are describing at our shop.

    we've done a few signs with new alum, same application as you, post and panel sign, routered to shape. so far after 3 years it's holding up very well, just make sure you seal the exposed plywood edges very well and it should last a good long time.
