    we got 3rd party wipers once from our roland dealer, they were horrible, they were super stiff and no flexability, so they kept jamming against the bit of plastic that wipes the wipers.

    If possible, move the dust collector outside the building, that's what we have done with our 2 lasers, we built a box out of plywood and mounted it to our roof, no more smell.

    the set up out of the box looks pretty easy, when we had ours delivered, the dealer set it up for us, but it looked pretty straight forward.

    Yes, i've had really good luck with the "Generic Vinyl 2B" setting, I've found I can print a 4'x8' panel in high speed in about 18 minutes that is perfectly acceptable for any outdoor application.

    I agree, 38MB is tiny, it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to upload. even if you internet connection is super slow and it will take a few hours, who cares, set it and forget it.

    No it should have been billed in CAD, as the invoice was in CAD, no conversion should have been needed, they billed me in USD by mistake, it's an easy fix, but they need to return my calls.

    $30 sounds low to me, when we make these, we mount to 1/8" pvc and charge around 3x that, but we laminate with dry erase and use them over & over.

    technically no, the inks will hold up for a few years without lamination, but it's a good practice to laminate, if only to make them thicker and easier to apply
